Auto Transport Agent (must be experienced in BATS and CD)

Overview:

Join our team as an Auto Transport Sales Agent and play a key role in facilitating vehicle transport services. We are seeking a dynamic individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, experienced in using BATS CRM and Central Dispatch, to excel in this position. This is a work-from-home job requiring a cellphone and a laptop/PC.

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their auto transport needs and preferences.
• Manage sales transactions, including arranging transport and negotiating contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the transport process.
• Market transport services through various channels to attract potential clients.
• Negotiate terms and prices on behalf of clients.
• Stay updated on auto transport industry trends and regulations.
• Handle administrative tasks related to transport orders and contracts.

Experience:

• MUST be experienced with BATS CRM and Central Dispatch systems.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, preferably in auto transport.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
• Knowledge of transportation regulations and laws is beneficial.
• Bilingual proficiency is advantageous.
• Must have a cellphone and a laptop/PC.

Compensation:

• This is a commission-based position.
• Earn 40% commission on sales.
• Earn 45% commission if you have a proven track record of success.
