Join a team of passionate and caring clinicians who make a difference in people's lives. We currently have a full-time position with Monday to Friday shifts for working at the Post acute facilities(Rehab's and SNF's)

This position is to round some days at the Post acute setting.

Essential Duties:

  • Facilitate new patient consultation and health history.
  • Perform physical examinations and screenings of patients.
  • Prescribes medications in collaboration with the medical provider responsible for the practice.
  • Order, review and interpret test results.
  • Diagnose health problems.
  • Detect changes in patient condition.
  • Provide after-care/ongoing care information and resources to patients.
  • Deliver quality, physician-level care while complying with company policies, safety regulations, and productivity metrics.
  • Shares group on call schedule.

Education/Experience:

· Graduate of an accredited nursing school; graduate of Advance Practice Nursing program; as a Nurse Practitioner

Good to have hospital privileges

Work Requirements:

  • Active unrestricted license to practice in the state of Texas.
  • Certificate/license to meet individual state practice act.
  • Current DEA registration if applicable

Pay:

· Salary to be discuss during interview.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $125,000.00 - $145,000.00 per year
