Skilled remodel specialist needed.
Looking to hire a motivated, skilled individual who demonstrates a passion for quality construction techniques, values personal integrity, and enjoys working in a team environment building homes, energy-efficient remodels, and energy-efficiency upgrades in San Luis Obispo County. Qualified candidates should have a minimum of 5 years' experience in their perspective trade, and a desire to cross-train to learn other trades.
Minimum candidate requirements:

• Extremely responsible and always on time with a reliable vehicle.
• Five years of experience in one of the following specialized trades: rough carpentry, electrical, plumbing, or HVAC.
• Physically fit and without fear of climbing ladders or working in confined spaces
• High-school graduate with good reading, writing and at least basic math skills
• Willing to engage in technical training on building efficiency and energy related issues
• Aiming for excellence and motivated to perform quality work.
• Clean DMV record with no DUI’s and no drug or criminal convictions
• NOTE: All employees undergo background checks.
