Autism Behavioral Health (ABH) is hiring a BCBA to join our dynamic and growing team. We have both full time salaried position with benefits and time hourly positions available. The BCBA/Case Manager's role would include but is not limited to, conducting FBAs, overseeing treatment planning, conducting IOA and fidelity of implementation on staff. Organize and analyze data, review treatment plans, develop and oversee implementation ABA programs, communicate with funding sources, and provide staff training.
To qualify for this role we ask that you have a Master degree or higher in education or a related field. You are a BCBA or BCBA-D. You are a LBA in Connecticut. That you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervision (In-home/center-based experience highly preferred). 3 years of experience working with individuals with ASD. That you have a valid Driver's License, proof of valid car insurance. Must have availability in the evenings and occasionally on the weekends (as needed).
