The ideal Entry Level Account Manager possesses strong interpersonal skills and a keen eye for detail, contributing to team effectiveness. Our average annual earnings for this role range from $85,000 to $115,000, with top performers exceeding $200,000.

Position Responsibilities:

• Accurately document client information including, but not limited to address, billing information, product needs, preferences, etc.
• To boost client retention, keep track of industry client service and sales trends.
• Work with the sales support team to follow up with client needs.
• Maintain a high level of client satisfaction by developing and delivering customized health, life, and disability insurance product recommendations utilizing active listening abilities.
• Respond quickly and effectively to client concerns.
