OTW Events Incorporated is a charity fundraising firm based in the Kansas City region, focused on helping our partners with their funding investments and reaching new customers to give back to the local community. The Client Ambassador is responsible for helping raise enough donations to support our client's fundraising goals. 

Our Client Ambassadors are responsible for generating new fundraising efforts and collecting and maintaining records to review and revise marketing and sales practices. To be successful in this position, the Client Ambassador will need to handle accurate customer information, complete note-taking for each donation account on a file, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. The Client Ambassadors within our firm are those who pay attention to detail, have enthusiastic conversations with those around them, drive themselves to expand their sales knowledge, and can adjust to different styles of outreach and customer service.

Responsibilities of the Client Ambassador:

• Initiate and complete the outreach and enrollment process by communicating directly with consumers about client purpose and mission
• Communicate directly with potential customers, foster strong trust, and educate the community about our charity partners' mission 
• Address any enrollment issues or setbacks and appropriately escalate to the Operations Manager as needed
• Build a skilled understanding of charity industries and current events to assist in customer inquiries
• Meet with management and members of the Client Ambassador teams for training on required client operations, donations, and industry knowledge
• Perform accurate data entry using a database
• General customer service, including problem-solving, analyzing data, and providing solutions

Requirements of the Client Ambassador:

• A GED or High School Diploma preferred 
• Any college experience or an Associate's Degree is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of customer service, retail, sales, marketing, business, and communications is preferred
• Ability to work with other Client Ambassadors and management team members to build and achieve client goals in funding, outreach, and engagement metrics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Have reliable transportation to our home location daily
• Comfortable working directly with customers in person at the events we host
