North Star Casteel is a Steel Foundry Located in Seattle with a production facility in Vancouver. We are currently looking to fill full-time, long-term positions in manufacturing. We make specialty metal parts primarily for the transportation industry.
The entry-level maintenance employee will have a variety of duties that require occasional heavy lifting, learning to use machines, power tools, and forklifts as needed. Jobs are unique to our industry and we will provide training as needed.
All employees have advancement opportunities as they learn skills and are proven reliable and responsible.
We are looking for 1-2 people to join our maintenance team. Industrial Maintenance background is preferred but not required.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Working cell phone
- Ability to use a phone application to track work and time
- Must have own basic tools. A tool allowance is provided after the 90-day probation period.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Any Maintenance Experience
- Manufacturing Experience including welding or mechanical skills.

SCHEDULE:
- Full-time.
- Regular shift will be 10:30am – 7:00pm M-F

PAY AND BENEFITS:
- $21.50 per hour to start for entry-level. More for experience!
Pay is increased after one successful month on the job.
- Retention Bonus offered at 90 days and 6 months
- Medical & dental is available after 90 days, Paid Time Off available after 90 days
