Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Cashier to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to handle transactions efficiently.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers as they enter the restaurant
Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions using a point of sale (POS) system
Ensure accuracy of cash drawer and maintain accurate records of transactions
Answer customer inquiries and provide information about menu items and specials
Assist with maintaining cleanliness of the front area, including counters and tables
Coordinate with kitchen staff for order management and timely service
Provide receipts and handle returns or exchanges as needed
Requirements:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Basic math skills and attention to detail
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks as required
