This position is responsible for assistance to local governments in areas of grant writing and administration, economic development, personnel management,  effective governance, transportation, hazard mitigation, and community planning.  This is a professional position that engages in local government issues involving administration, project management, and developing innovative solutions in coordination with member governments. It involves the application of considerable knowledge, research, and planning in matters of government, public administration, community and economic development, housing, transportation, planning, historic preservation, and any related matters.
