Thanks to the success of our unique approach, we are on the brink of maximizing our first location. Once fully optimized, including the finalization of employee profit sharing, we will look towards opening additional locations.

Requirements for this Full-Time Coaching Position:

- Must be a Certified Personal Trainer or Strength Coach (NSCA, NASM, CFSC, ACE, etc.)

- CPR and AED certified

- Prior knowledge and experience with training and exercise methods

Compensation Philosophy:

Too often, fitness professionals are not fairly treated or compensated. It is common practice to advertise artificially high hourly rates while requiring unpaid work. Trainers often have to build their own client base and can’t expect to make a full-time income for six months or more. We don’t do this at CNU Fit.

This position is for 40 hours per week, all of which are paid. While we don’t expect a clock-in/clock-out attitude, we maintain appropriate work boundaries.
