The Chiropractic Health & Wellness Clinic has been a locally-owned small business for the last 14 years. We've worked with well-established, busy LMT's for over 12 years. Our focus is on pain relief and wellness care utilizing chiropractic, acupuncture, physiotherapy, and massage therapy.

We are open and committed to hiring the PERFECT LMT, so we are flexible with our options. We are willing and able to hire as an employee (competitive, negotiable pay per hour) or as a room rental $550/month to an independent contractor.

• As an employee, we would provide the clients, scheduling, marketing, billing, equipment, etc
• As an independent contractor, we would provide a fully-furnished room for rent (could be monthly or annual) and the opportunity for warm leads

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Massage Therapist to join our team. As a Massage Therapist, you will provide therapeutic massage treatments to clients, helping them improve their overall well-being and relieve pain or discomfort. You will utilize your knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology to assess clients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans. Duties: - Perform various massage techniques including deep tissue, Swedish, sports, and prenatal massages - Assess clients' conditions and medical histories to determine appropriate massage techniques - Provide pain management and relief through massage therapy - Utilize physical examinations and patient assessments to identify areas of concern - Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records - Educate clients on self-care techniques for continued improvement between sessions - Adhere to ethical standards and maintain client confidentiality - Ensure a clean and sanitary work environment Qualifications: - Valid Massage Therapist license in the state of [state] - Proven experience as a Massage Therapist (new graduates welcome) - Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology - Proficient in various massage techniques including deep tissue massage - Familiarity with pain management strategies - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - Ability to provide exceptional patient service and care - Knowledge of occupational health practices is a plus We offer competitive compensation and flexible scheduling options for our Massage Therapists.
