We seek to hire a Dietary Technician to assist the Director of Food Services in assessing individual nutritional needs, implementing dietary prescriptions, and providing feedback on nutrition therapy acceptance and tolerance.
JOB SUMMARY:
QUALIFICATIONS:
A minimum of an Associate Degree in nutrition is preferred. Appropriate experience will be considered instead of an education.
Must have Long Term Care experience.
Must be able to speak, read, and write in English.
Knowledge of applicable State & Federal guidelines.
Maintain pleasant working relationships, organizational skills, and strong computer skills.
Ability to perform the essential functions of this job.
Flexibility in work schedule and assignments to meet the needs of the job, unforeseen illness, or other crises.
