Full time salary up to $100,000 or PRN status at $100 to 125 per visit + mileage

Daily Responsibilities:

• Plan and administer prescribed PT treatment programs; help restore your patients’ function, relieve pain, and prevent disability following illness, disease, or injury
• Take your patient’s medical history
• Conduct tests and measures to identify potential and/or existing problems your patients are facing
• Complete re-examinations as needed
• Develop discharge plans

Requirements:

• Must be a licensed driver. Ability to travel to all business locations.
• Ability to commute to our corporate location for supplies at least once per week and/or every other week for mandatory meetings

Required Experience/Skills:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy
• Proof of current CPR.
• Current driver’s license.
• One year as a Physical Therapist with at least one-year of management experience in a home care, hospice or equivalent environment.
