Looking for a Licensed Psychologist for approximately 10-15 hours per month as an Independent Contractor. Rate $75-100/hour. 

Job duties include:

-Review behavioral support plans and functional behavioral assessments completed by Behavioral Intervention Specialist. LP Signature and approval is required to implement plans.
-Review monitoring plans. LP signature & approval is required to implement plans.
-Review behavioral data and summarize for psychiatric consults (as needed).
-Conduct capacity to consent and psychological evaluations, as needed.
-Complete forensic assessments, including risk assessments & risk management plans, as needed.
-Act as an advocate for individuals to help determine their ability to make decisions such as making informed consent.
-Attend meeting for individual service plans/life plans, case reviews, as needed.

-Sit on agency Incident Review Committee (IRC) & attend meetings.
