Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Gymnastics Coaches to join our GZG family! As a Gymnastics Coach with us, you will coach a variety of classes grouped by age and skill levels. You will also track students' progress, provide feedback, motivation, and support, and prepare students for advancing in skills. The ideal candidate will be positive, have experience coaching, and be able to spot and foster talent. 

We are looking for coaches at all levels and from different backgrounds, from Reactional Gymnastics, Ninja, and Aerial Silks to Team, including Xcel, developmental, and Trampolines and tumbling.  

Responsibilities 

• Lead classes of various skill levels and ages
• Plan activities and lessons for class settings.
• Be a motivator and create a positive setting.
• Be a team player.

Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching in a fast-paced environment is desired.
• Strong experience in gymnastics, fitness, and coaching.
• The ability to lead in a positive, motivational way.
• Excellent communication skills.
