We are looking for an individual with 3 or more years of experience and technique to prepare and reproduce menu items, which will exceed to our guest expectations. Have solid knowledge of kitchen safety protocols, and a positive attitude. Can work independently and has the experience to run a kitchen during our busy time. Able to communicate clearly and effectively with team members. Able to lift up to 15 pounds. This individual must understand all ingredients and following steps as they pertain to each recipe. Must also understand temperature guidelines and time standards. Will be responsible for set up, prep, stocking, cleanliness, organization, sanitation, cleaning and storage. Accept food deliveries and placing orders. Comply with all safe food handling procedures and maintain a safe working environment by using proper food-handling skills and food safety guidelines.
