Work Schedule — 2-3 days a week, from 9 am to ~4 pm (in Rigby). Let's discuss your schedule to help you maintain work-life harmony.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the production of confections, following established recipes and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production area, including equipment and workstations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Support the Managers in various tasks as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • 2-3 days a week, 9 am to 4 pm. Main produciton days are Monday & Thursday most of the year. Start and End time is flexible and dependent on how fast/efficient the crew can be. This ranges from 2-4pm with most days being close to 3pm. 2-2:30pm is consistently achievable with a good crew. Help us continue to make it happen!
  • Flexibility for extended hours during peak holiday periods; Christmas, Mother’s Day, etc.
  • Ability to meet physical requirements, including standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 40 lbs.
  • No reported issues with back, shoulder, arm, wrist, or hands.

 

Personal Skills Needed to Thrive in Role:

  • Physical Stamina: Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting weights up to 40 lbs without strain.
  • Speed: Ability to stay on task and do each task quickly. Speed dictates when the job is done.
  • Attention to Detail: Watch for quality issues to ensure quality, aesthetic product is being created.
  • Team Player: Work effectively as part of a team, communicating openly and contributing to a positive work environment.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adjust to changing priorities and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
