Responsibilities:

• Providing supervision while teaching the IDEA Lab curriculum
• Building strong and positive relationships with children and their parents
• Providing emergency procedures (as needed)
• Delivering the IDEA Lab curriculum in it’s purest form
• Providing overall safety and oversight of the kids
• Cleaning/ Organizing as needed

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Some college courses
• Teaching or child care experience
• First Aid / CPR
• Clean Driver License
• No prior offenses on record
• Complete background check - must be clean
• Provide an FBI fingerprint check as instructed
• Passion for working with children

Knowledgeable in the subject matter
