We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to join our team at YB Construction. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for our company, greeting visitors, answering phones, and providing administrative support to various departments. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Hours are M-F 8am-4pm

Responsibilities:

* Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner
* Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals or departments
* Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
* Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings
* Provide administrative support to office staff as needed, including data entry and filing
* Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
* Assist with special projects and events as assigned


Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent
* Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Professional demeanor with a friendly and approachable attitude
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
