Hale Construction, Inc. was founded in 1979 by Ed Hale. The company is located in Morristown, Tennessee, not far from the Great Smoky Mountains. Most of our work is within a 75-mile radius of Morristown, the hub of East Tennessee’s bustling industrial community.

Duties: General construction work including but not limited to:

• Pouring footings, tying/reinforcing steel, forming concrete, prepping slab to pour concrete.
• Training for scissor lifts, fork trucks, skidsteer, etc. 
• Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
• Operate hand and power tools under supervision
• Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris 
• Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
• Follow instructions from supervisors or more experienced workers
• Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations on the job site

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not required
• Pre-employment drug screen and medical exam required.
• Punctual and reliable attendance is a must!
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy objects (up to 100 pounds)
• Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
• Strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a plus
• Valid driver's license is preferred
• With reliable transportation
