Heartwood Renovations Is looking to hire a full time Carpenter/ Remodeler to add to our team.

We are a residential remodeling company that primarily focuses on kitchens, bathrooms and additions. Our team is comprised of skilled tradesmen who are motivated professionals focused on high level execution and quality craftsmanship.

The requirements for this position .

• A minimum of 5 years of real working history in the field of carpentry
• Full time availability with their own vehicle, and tools
• Reliability and a team player
• Leadership skills
• Attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Blue print reading and layout skills
• Capability to demo and prep projects
• Framing skills required
• Window and door installation
• Light plumbing and electrical ability is not a must, but a plus
• Flooring, Hardwood, and tile skills are a plus
• Sheetrock and painting ability is a plus
• Cabinetry installation skills required
• Millwork installation skills required
• Stair experience
• Deck building and layout

Heartwood provides our services to the following towns and areas in between.

• West Hartford
• Glastonbury
• Avon
• Simsbury

We are looking for a full time, team player, that is interested in the following.

• $25- $35 per hour
• Paid Sick time
• Holiday paid time off
• 1 week of paid vacation after 1 year of employment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
