Customer Service /Service Technician
Salary Range: $14-22/hr. Commensurate with Experience
Summary: This position is responsible for making a good first impression and therefore must maintain a visible, positive and empathetic attitude towards clients and referral sources. As a customer service representative, this position is responsible for assisting customers with their durable medical equipment questions and needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent critical thinking, be self-directed, and have general mechanical ability.

Education/Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Ability:
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret information. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Math Ability:
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions, percentages, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
Reasoning Ability:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
