This Job Offers:
SECURITY - get paid by the hour and on a bi-weekly basis.

What do we require?
PROFESSIONAL---You must have at least 3 (three) years of childcare experience (nanny experience preferred) At least three childcare references
Attend mandatory training on a quarterly basis as needed and remain coachable.
DEPENDABLE----Families rely on our services for consistent and often last-minute requests. It is imperative that all back-up care nannies be committed to your scheduled shifts as families depend on you to provide care.
EXPERIENCE---- As a back-up nanny, you will have experience working with a range of different ages. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in the field as a nanny. This is a great opportunity to add to your resume and build your portfolio.
HEALTH AND SAFETY--- Must be willing to practice great hygiene, follow all CDC guidelines, practice social distancing, wear a mask, pass an extensive screening and comprehensive background DMV record check.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Three PLUS years of childcare experience (nanny experience preferred)
High School Diploma or equivalent (college education preferred)
Reliable Transportation
Must be legal to work in the U.S.
Infant and Child First Aid/CPR certified (or be willing to be certified before starting work)
TB Screening and Health Form Completed by Licensed Medical Practitioner (within the first 30 days of employment)
COVID-19 Vaccinated and Boosted (highly suggested)
Ability to pass an extensive screening and comprehensive background and DMV check
