As a Caregiver, Focus requires the following: 

• Caregivers with a willingness to obtain CPR/First Aid or provide current certification.  
• Caregivers with a Client-Centered attitude, putting client’s needs first.
• Caregivers that are self-starters.
• Caregivers that communicate in a timely manner. 
• Caregivers that have the physical ability to perform job duties. 
• Caregivers with Valid DL and car insurance.
• Caregivers that can drive to client’s home and run errands if needed. 
• Caregivers able to pass a background screening through the State of MO Family Care Safety Registry.
