Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare and maintain balance sheets
- Process payroll and payroll tax filings
- Prepare financial reports for management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop
- Strong understanding of accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
