The position of a CLIENT CARE SPECIALIST is to respond and assist in the resolution of customer concerns with exceptional customer service reflective of Precision’s values by ensuring that the first interaction with the customer exceeds their expectations in terms of service quality.

-Basic computer skills including Word and Excel is mandatory. ServiceTitan knowledge is preferred.
· High School diploma or GED required.
· Prior call center experience preferred.
· Must be willing to work a flexible schedule (including some weekends – on call).
