Position Overview:

As we prepare for our grand opening, we are looking for passionate and talented individuals to join our team and help us make a splash in the world of bubble tea. As a Barista at ArTeA TeaShop & TeaLab, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and crafting delightful bubble tea beverages for our customers. Responsibilities:

·      Prepare and serve a variety of bubble tea beverages with creativity and precision

·      Learn and master our unique bubble tea recipes

·      Embrace the art of customer service by providing a warm and inviting experience

·      Contribute to the setup and organization of the shop in preparation for the grand opening

·      Engage with customers, answer inquiries about our offerings, and make personalized recommendations

·      Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace to ensure a smooth operation

·      Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth and successful grand opening

Requirements:

·      No previous experience required – we're looking for individuals with a passion for bubble tea and a willingness to learn

·      Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is a plus

·      A passion for bubble tea and a desire to learn and experiment with different flavors

·      Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

·      Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to the unique challenges of a new shop

·      Flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends, holidays and evenings
