**Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for coaching,choreography, and working with students to enhance their skills and overall experience in the area of dance. If you have a background in dance,childcare,or anything performing arts, we urge you to apply.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Head Coach in planning and conducting sports training sessions

- Provide individualized coaching to students to improve their skills

- Support in organizing and overseeing team practices and competitions

- Educate students on sportsmanship, teamwork, and discipline

- Implement behavior management strategies to ensure a positive learning environment

- Assist with the supervision of students during practices and events

- Collaborate with the coaching staff to develop training programs

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in dance choreography and coaching or related field is preferred

- Knowledge or experience in dance ,or cheerleading is a plus

- Ability to work with children and young adults effectively

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience in behavior management techniques is advantageous

- Ability to educate and motivate students towards achieving their goals

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
