Job Overview:
We are seeking enthusiastic and responsible individuals to join our established group of youth team coaches for our upcoming summer camps. As a coach at High Point, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children while enjoying a fun and rewarding summer experience. This is a paid position, and we are looking for candidates with a passion for working with children and who display strong leadership skills. Prior coaching experience is a plus!

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and engage with campers in various activities and programs
- Lead group games, sports, and arts and crafts activities
- Provide guidance and support to campers in developing social skills
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all campers at all times
- Assist with planning and organizing camp activities
- Serve as a positive role model for campers
- Encourage participation and create a positive and inclusive environment

Requirements:
- Experience working with children or students in a camp or educational setting
- Knowledge or experience in rock climbing, sports coaching, or other relevant skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively manage behavior and maintain discipline in a group setting
- Ability to climb, belay, and participate in physical activities with campers
- Passion for working with children and helping them learn and grow
- Availability to work during camp hours (typically Monday to Friday)

Job Types: Part-time, Seasonal

Pay: $10.00 - $13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
