Assistant Cook
- Up to 60 hours a week between two locations
- Position open from May through September
- Shared employee housing available for $400 a month
- Job Responsibilities:
- Managing grill stations at two locations during head cook downtime
- Assisting general manager and head cooks with any operational or organizational tasks
- Managing Fry and Dessert stations when needed
- Maintain Kitchen Operational Standards
- Direct Fry Cooks, Prep Cooks and Dishwashers when necessary
