Overview:

We are a clinic and on-site based company. We are also a small company that has only 8 employees. Our company does drug and alcohol testing for companies that need pre-employments, Randoms, or emergency services. We also do fingerprinting for background checks. We do a lot of collecting for the Department of Transportation (DOT).

You will get DOT certified and BAT (breathe alcohol test) certified by us.

We are looking for a collection specialist part time. Preferably 8:45am-1pm.

Responsibilities:

- Collecting specimens, this includes, urine, hair, saliva, and blood for drug testing.

- Going to companies and collecting specimen.

-Fingerprinting

-DNA Testing

-Be on a weekend on call once a month/one holiday

-Some administrative things

Requirements:

- Phlebotomy certified but will train if not.

-Need to have a drivers license, car insurance and a reliable car.

-Need to be able to handle blood for blood draws.

-Be willing to at least drive an hour away some days.

-Flexible with schedule changes.

-Have to be able to pass a background check
