Job Description:

Dock staff will conduct daily dock walks and inspections of the grounds, perform general cleaning and repair duties, document maintenance issues, and ensure a safe, pleasant, and enjoyable experience to the marina customer. This position may include light facility maintenance and landscaping, basic boat handling skills, and basic office/administrative skills. Team collaboration is essential and a high level of customer service is expected.

Physical Demands:

• Should be reasonably fit and have the ability to spend part or full work day mostly outside and on their feet. 
• Will be expected to engage in bending, stooping, standing, walking, and lifting objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Shall be capable of presenting themself in a tidy, well-kempt and professional manner at all times.

Job Details:

- Part-time, seasonal position with potential for full-time, year-round employment

- Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

- Expected Hours: 10-30 Hours per week

- Schedule includes day shifts 7:30am-4pm and 1pm-9pm, with alternative hours on weekends and summer holidays.
