Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Groundskeeper to join our team. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the appearance and functionality of our outdoor spaces. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of landscaping techniques and the ability to operate various tools and equipment.

Duties:
- Perform general landscape maintenance tasks, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees
- Prune and trim trees and hedges to ensure healthy growth
- Irrigate lawns and gardens as needed
- Remove debris and litter from outdoor areas
- Operate power tools and equipment such as lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and hedge clippers
- Monitor and report any issues or concerns regarding plant health or landscape conditions
- Assist with the installation of new landscaping features or improvements
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tools, equipment, and storage areas

Skills:
- Proficiency in using hand tools commonly used in groundskeeping
- Knowledge of landscape maintenance techniques
- Familiarity with lawn care practices, including mowing, fertilizing, and watering
- Ability to operate power tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Basic understanding of plant care and horticulture principles
- Strong attention to detail to ensure a well-maintained appearance
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions
