Play All Day offers exceptional dog daycare and safe and secure hoteling for furry family members of humans. The Client Service Representative serves as the face of Play All Day.


We are seeking friendly, organized and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Customer Service Representatives at our bustling Salisbury location. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for both our human and canine guests. Your primary responsibilities will include:


● Greeting clients and their furry companions with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
● Managing phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
● Scheduling daycare appointments, boarding reservations, and grooming
services.
● Maintaining accurate records of client information and pet profiles.
● Providing information about our services, rates, and facility amenities.
● Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory
management.
● Collaborating with our team to uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards
throughout the facility. 

Qualifications:
● Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred.
● Passion for working with dogs and providing exceptional care.
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
● Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
● Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
● Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software.
● Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
