Pacific Repertory Theatre (PacRep) has backstage and technical work available for the 2026 & 2027 seasons!

Part-time paid and volunteer positions available!

PacRep has positions available for the 2026 and 2027 seasons, including carpenters, lighting and sound operators, stage managers, running crew, and front-of-house staff.

PacRep operates year-round and puts on nine shows per year. We typically hire on a per-production basis.

Our main performance spaces are the beautifully remodeled Golden Bough Playhouse and the spectacular Outdoor Forest Theater in Carmel-by-the-Sea, California.

Compensation depends on the type of job, the length of the commitment, and the applicant's experience.
