We specialize in unsecured funding from $10,000 to $600,000 in as little as a week. Our clients commonly use our funding for business start-up funding, working capital, real estate investing, and more. We offer GAP funding for real estate investors and provide personal loans for business and personal use. We also purchase mortgages, deeds of trust, and land contracts nationwide.

Job Summary

As a Funding Consultant, you will be able to build your practice and help those in your community plan for their futures. We're looking for people who possess the following characteristics:

Desired Skills & Experience

· Finance, business, or real estate broker discipline preferred or equivalent work experience

· Strong technical and analytical skills required (proficient PC skills including Word, Excel, Outlook, Zoom, with the ability to navigate multiple applications during call handling)

· Positive, client focused attitude with a desire to exceed client’s expectations

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 4 – 40 per week.

Compensation package:

• Associate’s (Required)

• Finance: 2 years (Preferred)
• Sales: 3 years (Required)
