M. Dillon Construction is looking for a maintenance technician who will oversee the upkeep of our facilities. Individuals in this role will leverage their technical experience from plumbing, HVAC to electrical to ensure the continued stability of our operations. They will be responsible for performing service and maintenance of Little Caesars equipment to include ovens, dough mixers, sauce equipment, warmers, and make lines, HVAC equipment and plumbing fixtures. Scheduling repairs when needed. In doing so, the maintenance technician will solve problems and facilitate excellent conditions for our customers and their facilities.

• Maintain plumbing, electrical, and cooking equipment
• Establish maintenance processes and procedures
• Address our customers’ concerns and fix facility problems
• Expedite repairs
Responsibilities
• Inspect buildings, equipment, and systems for stability and quality
• Schedule routine repairs for a variety of Little Caesar’s facilities
• Perform tasks such as parts replacements, replacing light bulbs and more
• Maintain maintenance records on a store-by-store basis
• Oversee any repairs performed by subcontractors

Skills and qualifications
• HVAC or relevant knowledge.
• Clean driving record
• Availability to be on call
• Capable of lifting loads over 50 pounds
• Proficient with plumbing to fix potential drainage problems
• Highly organized and able to manage multiple competing priorities
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Stamina to stay active throughout the workday

• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Comprehensive command of maintenance procedures and techniques
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
