Who You Work With
This position will work alongside the advisory of FB Director and Restaurant Managers with indirect reporting to the Catering Department, Captain, and General Manager.


What You Do
In these roles, you will be able to show flexibility in: 

  • Offering immediate attention to members & guests
  • Ensuring service procedures are executed 
  • Boast comprehensive menu & beverage/cocktail knowledge
  • Being comfortable with assorted dining concepts and areas

Who You Are
You are a creative go-getter, who can quickly strategize and work with a team effectively throughout the course of the Club experience. Interest or previous work in hospitality, customer relations or dining preferred.
