Position Overview: The Intake Specialist is the primary point of contact for new callers seeking services at ELET. Primary duties are conducting thorough screening calls (“intake calls”) with new callers; scheduling consultations for attorneys; communicating with the caller about how to prepare for their consultation; serving as the primary point of contact for prospective clients prior to their consultation; and collecting data about intake calls for firm metrics.
This position is 34 hours per week Monday through Thursday with a 30-minute or 60-minute lunch break. The primary duties of this position have the potential to be performed remotely after completing a minimum six (6) months in-office onboarding process.
Benefits & Salary: Generous benefits package includes 401(k) with safe harbor contribution, health insurance, long and short-term disability, life insurance, paid time off, several paid firmwide holidays/closures per year, continuing legal education and professional association memberships and dues, notary bond and expenses, and mileage reimbursement. Annual starting salary is $39,000.
