Duties:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities and lessons for Preschool Aged children
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Provide physical education activities to promote gross motor skills development
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child, identifying areas for improvement
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to ensure the well-being and development of each child
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, behavior, and academic progress
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes social-emotional development
- Incorporate math concepts into daily activities and lessons
-Teach Biblical concepts, stories, and songs to promote a love for Jesus and His church.
Requirements:
- Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred
- Previous experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting
- Knowledge of child welfare and development principles
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to create engaging lesson plans and activities that meet educational objectives
- Patience, compassion, and a genuine love for working with children
