Responsibilities:

Utilize your expertise to assess clients' insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.

Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and other marketing strategies.

Conduct thorough policy reviews and provide clients with personalized insurance solutions.

Process policy changes, renewals, and claims efficiently and accurately.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their ongoing satisfaction and retention.

Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and product offerings to provide informed guidance to clients.

Requirements:

Must hold a valid Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance license or will obtain within 90 days of employment.

Previous experience as a P&C Insurance Agent or in a related role is preferred but not required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation abilities. No cold calling or door to door required.

Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in relevant computer applications and insurance software.
