We're hiring an enthusiastic tennis or pickleball Retail Sales Associate!

Full and Part Time Positions Available

The successful Retail Sales Associate loves tennis or pickleball and enjoys not only the latest and greatest in racquets and paddles but the trends and styles of the apparel that compliments the game.  You are motivated to welcome guests and help them with their selections so that when they walk out the door, they can't wait to tell everyone about their experience.

As part of our amazing team and under the direction of leadership, you are responsible for ensuring that sales goals and guest experience are achieved. You assist with guest needs, offer product knowledge and merchandise, handle cash transactions, and maintain a neat and visually inspiring environment.

Sales Associates must be able to work a flexible schedule according to the needs of the business, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Guest Experience Requirements:

• Welcome each guest as they enter and exit the store
• Provide a personalized shopping experience with product and apparel knowledge
• Follow the guest engagement experience to ensure quality delivery of product and knowledge

Visual Merchandising Standards:

• Help to maintain a visually inspiring store presenting our unique product mix
• Actively stock, replenish, hang, display, and merchandise the product
• Embrace product knowledge, campaign promotions, and merchandising standards

Operations Knowledge:

• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Ensure the selling floor, front desk, fitting rooms, and stockroom are clean and well maintained
• Protect the physical assets of the store by participating in weekly audits, routine cycle counts, and an annual physical inventory

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to effectively maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom, prolonged standing, 
• Must be able to work independently
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 35 lbs.
