This year, make it meaningful, fun and memorable. 2024 Staff Applications are open for Outpost Summer Camps! We are looking for motivated, energetic staff who want to learn, grow and have a positive impact in the lives of children. 

Outpost is hiring Senior Counselors. Senior Counselors lead their groups in the daily activities. With a sense of adventure and boundless enthusiasm, these counselors inspire the memories campers treasure for a lifetime. 

• Minimum requirement: At least 18 years of age
• Schedule: 9-week full-time contract June 8 to August 9.
• Hours: Monday-Friday 8:00-4:30. Staff meetings every other Wednesday 5:30-7:00.
• Pay: $16.85/hour, $25.275/hour overtime
