Your Responsibilities:

You'll be giving personalized one-on-one tutoring sessions in the students' homes

Develop and implement customized lesson plans that meet each student's unique learning needs and goals

Assist students with their homework, test prep and share good study techniques

Track student progress and send regular feedback to parents through session reports (template provided)

What We're Looking For:

**MUST be certified and Proficient in the Science of Reading (proof required)**

You should have a Bachelor's degree or be a current college student (with a GPA of 3.2 or above in the subjects you'll be tutoring)

A miminum of two years of tutoring or teaching experience. Experience with special needs is a big plus, especially dyslexia

Must live or work within an easy commutable distance from Ft. Smith, AR

You’re organized, on time, and can show you're responsive and reliable

A background check, at applicant’s expense, is required
