Our Independent Living Program is designed to assist with the transition of young adults who do not require daily support. Our team will check in with Transitioning Adults in this program and provide mentorship for their short and long-term goals.

Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

-Life skills development

-Money management

-Job hunting and interview support

-Meal preparation and grocery shopping

-Book and coordinate transportation for appointments

-Support and develop schedules for house maintenance

-Build rapport and support our transitioning adults with social skills

-Weekly check ins and ongoing support

Salary: From $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
