SEASONAL Inbound Contact Center Agent (Remote)

Hourly Pay: $12/hr. (Non-Exempt) | Up to 40 hrs./week

Be the go-to voice of assistance, connecting with customers about hunting and fishing licenses, permits, camping reservations, and park passes all from the comfort of your own home!

Responsibilities:

• Handle 98% inbound calls – no sales quotas!
• Assist with license/permit purchases, camping reservations, and park passes.
• Answer inquiries on rules and regulations, navigating wildlife agency websites.
• Provide application/website support and basic troubleshooting.
• Process license/permit sales and assist with fulfillment.
• Hero support for Point-of-Sale agents' hardware and application issues.
• Embrace exciting duties assigned by a supervisor.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Strong customer service, active listening, and communication skills.
• Availability for a variety of shifts from home.
• Solid computer and internet skills.
• Internet speed of 10 Mbps or higher demonstrated during the interview.
• Create a private and quiet workspace for uninterrupted calls.
