Lilac Real Estate Services is hiring for a property maintenance Laborer/Specialist to join our growing team. This is a full-time/part-time opportunity starting at $18-$23 an hour based on experience level. Benefits include a 401K contribution and 1 week of PTO after one full year of service, and a discretionary holiday bonus. Could be a great seasonal job for the Spring/Summer!

Job responsibilities include lawn mowing, mulching, trimming, power washing, painting and other duties at various businesses and residential homes and commercial properties.

General contracting & Handyman services a plus.

Experience is desirable but we offer quality on the job training to motivated individuals who want to join our team. Join our team. Valid driver's license and ability to drive personal/company vehicles is required.
