Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer information in the system
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries
- Analyze customers' feedback and provide suggestions for improvement
Experience:
- Previous Telecommunication Experience a plus (T-Mobile - AT&T - Verizon)
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
