Carpenter Assistant

This position reports directly to the Custom Builds Manager. This is an entry level position and will provide great opportunities to grow and learn within the industry. Ryan Designs culture is inclusive, collaborative, and offers part-time to full time positions with competitive hourly wages.

• Basic knowledge of power tool usage required
• Experience in carpentry required
  • Custom-building is a plus
• Understanding of shop safety protocol
• Skilled in painting and staining
• Read prints & layouts provided by sales designer & vendor regarding any new or existing custom-builds
• Positive attitude
• Ability to problem-solve and strong attention to detail required
• Must be able to work in team settings and independently
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
  • Experience driving box trucks (up to 26') & trailers is preferred
• Part-time to Full-time (seasonal) opportunities available
  • Hourly wage based on experience
  • Overtime opportunities available
