Service Technician
Updates scheduling software as each service is preformed and repairs needed.
Schedule PM’s beginning late June for all existing customers. Update software with detailed work and repairs completed.
Responsible for ordering replacement parts after diagnosis is performed.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with coffee brewing and grinding equipment.
Schedule time for shop maintenance and bench testing all used brewers, grinders, thermals, Hot chocolate machines etc..
Perform routine maintenance on coffee machines, grinders and other related equipment.
Collaborate with maintenance team to ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition before installs are scheduled.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities and reports any recurring issues using scheduling software provided.
Respond to customers service calls and repair needs in a timely manner and schedule repair date.
Calibrate espresso, brewing and grinding to customers usage spec.
Maintain a good inventory of spare parts, connectors, hoses, waters supply etc.
Maintain parts, equipment and servers inventory list on software provide.
